Ingredients
  

Main
  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup pasta water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Pan
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter and oil.
  3. Add gochujang and cook briefly.
  4. Pour in cream, soy sauce, and sugar, then mix.
  5. Add pasta water to adjust consistency.
  6. Toss pasta in sauce and simmer briefly.
  7. Serve with toppings.

Notes

Adjust spice level by reducing gochujang or adding more cream.
