Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings
  • 1 kg chicken wings split
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Pat wings dry and season with oil and spices.
  3. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Cook sauce ingredients in a pan until thickened.
  5. Toss wings in sauce and coat evenly.
  6. Bake again for 5–7 minutes to caramelize.

Notes

Adjust spice level to taste and always pat wings dry for maximum crispiness.
