Ingredients
  

  • 4 mahi-mahi fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 mango diced
  • 0.25 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh

Method
 

  1. Mix spices together for blackening blend.
  2. Coat fish with oil and spices.
  3. Sear fish in hot skillet 3–4 minutes per side.
  4. Combine mango salsa ingredients.
  5. Serve fish topped with mango salsa.

Adjust cayenne to control spice level.
