Ingredients
  

Broth
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
Beef
  • 250 g thinly sliced beef sirloin or ribeye
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
Noodles & Toppings
  • 2 packs ramen noodles fresh or instant, seasoning discarded
  • 2 eggs jammy boiled
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • chili oil for finishing
  • sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs for 6–7 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
  2. Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
  3. Sear beef in a hot skillet until browned and glossy.
  4. Simmer broth with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili paste.
  5. Cook noodles separately until tender.
  6. Assemble bowls with noodles and hot broth.
  7. Top with beef, jammy eggs, chili oil, and green onions before serving.

Notes

Best served immediately while broth is hot and eggs are jammy.
