- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cake pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Cream butter and brown sugar, add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until just combined.
- Fold in nuts and dandelion petals.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, slice, and optionally dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Use fresh dandelion petals for best flavor.
