- Cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté shrimp with butter and garlic until just pink. Remove and set aside.
- Simmer cream and broth in the same pan until slightly thickened.
- Mix ricotta with Parmesan and parsley.
- Layer noodles, cheese mixture, shrimp, sauce, and mozzarella in baking dish.
- Bake covered until bubbly, then uncover to brown cheese.
- Rest before slicing and serving.
Notes
Avoid overcooking shrimp during sautéing.
