  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp black pepper freshly cracked
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced

Equipment

  • Wok or skillet
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with cornstarch and soy sauce.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients separately.
  3. Sear chicken until cooked through and remove.
  4. Stir fry aromatics and vegetables.
  5. Return chicken, add sauce, and cook until thickened.

Notes

Use freshly cracked black pepper for best flavor.
