- Preheat oven to 425°F and grease ramekins.
- Melt butter and chocolate together until smooth.
- Whisk in powdered sugar, eggs, yolks, and vanilla.
- Fold in flour, cocoa, salt, and red food coloring.
- Fill ramekins halfway, add Oreo, and top with batter.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set but center soft.
- Invert onto plates and serve immediately.
Notes
Avoid overbaking to maintain molten center. Serve immediately for best lava effect.
