  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.75 cup coconut milk full-fat
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or agave syrup to taste
  • 1.5 cups ice

Method
 

  1. Blend raspberries and pineapple juice until smooth.
  2. Strain mixture to remove seeds if desired.
  3. Add coconut milk, lime juice, sweetener, and ice.
  4. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish before serving.
