Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup raspberries
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice fresh
  • 1 cup ice

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring jigger
  • Hurricane glasses

Method
 

  1. Blend pineapple, coconut cream, rum, juice, lime, and ice until smooth.
  2. Blend raspberries separately into puree.
  3. Pour base into glass and swirl in raspberry puree.
  4. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

For a mocktail version, replace rum with coconut water or extra pineapple juice.
