  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Chicken Base
  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Pretzel Crust
  • 1.5 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tbsp milk

Method
 

  1. Cook macaroni and prepare creamy cheese sauce.
  2. Stuff chicken pieces with cooled mac & cheese.
  3. Freeze briefly to firm up filling.

  5. Bake or fry until golden and crispy.
  6. Rest before serving for best texture.
