Ingredients
  

Mimosa
  • 1 cup peach nectar
  • 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine chilled
  • 0.5 cup fresh raspberries
Sweet Syrup
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp warm water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Champagne flutes
  • Bar spoon
  • Small pitcher

Method
 

  1. Mix honey, warm water, and lemon juice to create syrup.
  2. Place raspberries into champagne glasses.
  3. Pour peach nectar into each glass.
  4. Add a small amount of honey syrup.
  5. Top slowly with chilled champagne.
  6. Garnish with raspberries and peach slices.
