Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 0.75 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken in egg mixture and parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Pan-fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Sauté garlic and add cream to create sauce.
  4. Stir in parmesan and simmer until thickened.
  5. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, press coating firmly and avoid overcrowding the skillet.
