Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced or shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Wrap Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken and seasonings, cooking until warmed through. Stir in parsley.
  3. Combine melted butter with minced garlic.
  4. Layer cheese and chicken on half of each tortilla.
  5. Fold tortillas into half-moon shapes.
  6. Brush exterior with garlic butter and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and melted.
  7. Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, press gently with a spatula while cooking.
