- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken and seasonings, cooking until warmed through. Stir in parsley.
- Combine melted butter with minced garlic.
- Layer cheese and chicken on half of each tortilla.
- Fold tortillas into half-moon shapes.
- Brush exterior with garlic butter and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and melted.
- Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
