Ingredients
  

Roll-Ups Base
  • 8 slices white bread crust removed
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
Cooking
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Remove crusts from bread and flatten each slice with a rolling pin.
  2. Spread Nutella evenly and roll tightly.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
  4. Dip roll-ups into egg mixture.
  5. Cook in buttered pan until golden on all sides.
  6. Roll in cinnamon sugar while warm.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best served immediately for maximum gooey Nutella center.
