Method
 

  1. Whisk flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Rest batter for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Cook thin crepes in a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
  4. Spread Nutella over warm crepes.
  5. Roll crepes tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Plate, garnish with powdered sugar or berries, and serve.
