Ingredients
  

Colada Base
  • 1.5 cups frozen pink dragon fruit
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 cup coconut cream
  • 0.25 cup coconut milk
  • 2 oz white rum optional
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or simple syrup to taste
  • 1 cup ice

Method
 

  1. Add frozen dragon fruit and pineapple to blender.
  2. Pour in coconut cream and coconut milk.
  3. Add lime juice, sweetener, and rum if using.
  4. Add ice and blend until thick and smooth.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish as desired.

Notes

Use pink dragon fruit for the brightest color and best presentation.
