Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.75 cup pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cup Italian sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for greasing
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  3. Press dough into muffin cups to form crusts.
  4. Add cheese, toppings, and sauce in layers.
  5. Top with more cheese and seasoning.
  6. Bake until golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Let pizzas rest briefly before removing to keep crusts intact.
