Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp chives chopped

Method
 

  1. Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.
  2. Mix yolks with mayo, cream cheese, sour cream, and mustard until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pipe or spoon filling into egg whites.
  5. Top with paprika, bacon, and chives.
