Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss halved tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Roast tomatoes for 15–20 minutes until blistered and caramelized.
- Place bread on baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Top bread with roasted tomatoes and cheese.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is crisp.

Best served immediately while hot and melty.
