Ingredients
  

Sauce Base
  • 1.5 cups ripe mango diced
  • 1 habanero pepper seeded for less heat
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  2. Add chopped habanero and cook briefly.
  3. Add mango, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, and lime juice.
  4. Simmer 8–10 minutes until mango is soft.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Adjust seasoning and cool before storing.

Notes

Adjust heat level by reducing habanero or removing seeds.
