  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup flour
Filling
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup cream

Method
 

  1. Prepare and bake the sponge cake.
  2. Roll the cake while warm and let cool.
  3. Make peanut butter filling and spread.
  4. Roll cake and top with ganache.
  5. Chill and slice before serving.
