Fries
  • 1.5 lb French fries frozen or fresh
Cajun Cheese Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Toppings
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 0.25 cup green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Cook fries until crispy according to package directions.
  2. Melt butter, add cream and cheese, and stir until smooth.
  3. Season cheese sauce with Cajun seasoning.
  4. Mix ranch dressing with hot sauce.
  5. Top fries with cheese sauce, bacon, and spicy ranch.
  6. Serve immediately while hot.
