Ingredients
  

Pita Taco Filling
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4-6 pita breads soft
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes.
  4. Warm pita breads until soft and pliable.
  5. Fill pita with chicken, vegetables, feta, and tzatziki.
  6. Serve immediately with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
