Gyro Meat
  • 1 lb gyro meat beef/lamb or chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup grated cucumber squeezed dry
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Prepare tzatziki and chill.
  2. Cook gyro meat with spices until heated and crisped.
