Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp oregano
Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cucumber grated
  • 0.25 cup feta cheese crumbled
Assembly
  • 4 pita breads
  • 2 bell peppers sliced

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic, lemon, oregano, and spices.
  2. Roast sliced bell peppers at 400°F for 15–18 minutes.
  3. Cook marinated chicken in skillet until golden.
  4. Mix yogurt, cucumber, feta, garlic, lemon, and dill to make tzatziki.
  5. Warm pita breads.
  6. Fill pitas with chicken, peppers, lettuce, and tzatziki.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Add extra feta or olives for stronger Mediterranean flavor.
