  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add-ins
  • 1 cup blueberries floured
Lemon Glaze
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice

Method

  6. Fold in blueberries gently.
