Ingredients
  

  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup pretzels crushed
  • 0.75 cup candy pieces

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
  2. Whisk flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  4. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  5. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in mix-ins.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake 12–15 minutes until set.

Notes

Customize mix-ins based on preference. Slightly underbake for chewy centers.
