Ingredients
  

Burger Mixture
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup onion finely diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, and cheddar cheese.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Form mixture into evenly sized burger patties.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook patties 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  7. Rest briefly before serving.

Notes

Avoid overmixing to keep burgers tender and juicy.
