  • 1 cup white rice uncooked
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs parsley or cilantro
