Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb steak cubed
  • 1 lb baby potatoes diced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

  • Pot for potatoes
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Parboil potatoes until tender.
  2. Sear steak cubes in skillet.
  3. Cook potatoes in butter and oil until crisp.
  4. Add garlic, combine steak and potatoes, toss in butter.
  5. Season and garnish with parsley, serve hot.
