Ingredients
  

Egg Rolls
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 jalapeños seeded and chopped
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • oil for frying

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Deep skillet or pot
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Mix all filling ingredients until combined.
  2. Place filling in center of egg roll wrapper.
  3. Roll tightly and seal edges with water.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry egg rolls 3–4 minutes until golden.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

Best served fresh and crispy.
