Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz short pasta rotini or penne
  • 6 oz salami chopped
  • 4 oz pepperoni sliced
  • 6 oz provolone cheese cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.25 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup banana peppers sliced
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and cool.
  2. Whisk together dressing ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Toss pasta with dressing until coated.
  4. Fold in meats, cheese, and vegetables.
  5. Chill before serving and add lettuce last.

Notes

Add lettuce just before serving for best texture.
