Ingredients
  

Matcha Base
  • 1.5 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tsp sweetener optional
Coconut Latte
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup milk optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Cloud Foam
  • 0.25 cup coconut cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tsp sweetener

Equipment

  • Whisk or matcha whisk
  • Glass cup
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. Whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth.
  2. Add sweetener and stir.
  3. Fill glass with ice and pour coconut milk.
  4. Add matcha layer slowly.
  5. Whip cream into soft cloud foam.
  6. Top drink with foam and serve.

Best served immediately for layered effect.
