Ingredients
  

Blueberry Syrup
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional
Matcha Layer
  • 1.5 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water not boiling
Vanilla Milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp sweetener optional

Method
 

  1. Cook blueberries, sugar, and water until thick syrup forms.
  2. Prepare matcha by whisking powder with hot water until smooth.
  3. Mix milk, vanilla, and sweetener in a separate container.
  4. Fill glass with ice and pour blueberry syrup first.
  5. Add milk layer slowly over syrup.
  6. Top with matcha layer and serve chilled.

Notes

Best served fresh for layered effect. Syrup can be stored up to 5 days.
