Pretzel Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 2 cups pretzels crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
Cheesy Rice
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Hot Honey
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Coat chicken in flour, egg, and pretzels, then bake until crispy.
  2. Prepare cheesy rice by mixing rice, cheese, milk, and butter.
  3. Heat honey with chili flakes and butter.
  4. Layer rice in baking dish, top with chicken, drizzle honey.
  5. Bake until heated through and serve.

Notes

Adjust spice level in hot honey to taste.
