Ingredients
  

Pork Chops
  • 4 pork chops boneless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Mixing bowl
  • Tongs
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Remove pork chops and add butter and garlic to the skillet.
  5. Stir in honey and soy sauce and simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Return pork chops to skillet and spoon glaze over them.
  7. Cook until pork is fully cooked and coated in glaze.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use pork chops about 1 inch thick for the best juicy results.
