Method
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove pork chops and add butter and garlic to the skillet.
- Stir in honey and soy sauce and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return pork chops to skillet and spoon glaze over them.
- Cook until pork is fully cooked and coated in glaze.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use pork chops about 1 inch thick for the best juicy results.
