Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz smoked sausage sliced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown sausage in olive oil in a large skillet and remove.
  3. Add butter and garlic to skillet and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes; simmer briefly.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  6. Return sausage to skillet and toss to coat in sauce.

Notes

Serve over rice or vegetables to soak up the sauce.
