- Season shrimp lightly with salt and pepper.
- Brown sausage in olive oil in a large skillet and remove.
- Add butter and garlic to skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes; simmer briefly.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- Return sausage to skillet and toss to coat in sauce.

Serve over rice or vegetables to soak up the sauce.
