Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Whisk sauce ingredients together.
  2. Cook shrimp briefly and remove.
  3. Steam broccoli in skillet.
  4. Return shrimp and add sauce.
  5. Simmer until sauce thickens.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp to keep tender.
