Ingredients
  

Flamethrower Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste salt
  • pinch cayenne pepper optional for extra heat

Method
 

  1. Combine all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and fully blended.
  3. Taste and adjust salt or heat as desired.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
