  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt unsweetened
  • 0.5 cup natural peanut butter xylitol-free
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp honey

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into molds or freezer-safe containers.
  3. Freeze until solid.
  4. Serve in moderation.
