Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil for chocolate

Equipment

  • Mini muffin tin or silicone mold
  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Mix peanut butter layer ingredients until smooth.
  2. Spoon mixture into lined molds and freeze briefly.
  3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
  4. Pour chocolate over peanut butter layer.
  5. Freeze until firm and set.

Notes

Let sit 2–3 minutes before eating for a softer texture.
