- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend oats into flour.
- Mix oat flour, egg, and applesauce.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Bake in mini muffin tin for 15–18 minutes.
- Cool completely and frost with yogurt if desired.
Notes
Always use unsweetened, xylitol-free yogurt and peanut butter.
