- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for at least 20 minutes.

- Mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to make tzatziki.
- Warm flatbreads until lightly toasted.
- Spread tzatziki over flatbreads and top with chicken, vegetables, and feta.
- Serve warm with optional fresh herbs.
