Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter with both sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
- In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
- Mix peanut butter swirl ingredients until smooth.
- Spoon peanut butter over batter and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake 28–32 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For extra gooey bars, slightly underbake and allow to set during cooling.
