Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6 chicken thighs bone-in
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Whisk garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
  4. Place chicken in baking dish and pour sauce over.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Broil for a few minutes for extra crispy skin.
