Ingredients
  

Focaccia Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1.25 cups warm water
  • 0.25 cup olive oil plus more for pan
  • 1.5 tsp salt
Topping
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm water until foamy.
  2. Mix dough ingredients until sticky dough forms.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled.
  4. Spread dough in oiled pan and dimple.
  5. Brush with garlic butter and top with Parmesan.
  6. Bake until golden and crisp.
