Method
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve pasta water and drain.
- Sauté mushrooms in olive oil and butter until golden; set aside.
- Cook shrimp briefly until pink; remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and chili flakes to skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Add reserved pasta water and simmer gently.
- Return shrimp and mushrooms, then add pasta and toss.
- Finish with Parmesan, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Season to taste and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender.
