  • 25 dumplings
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp chili flakes
  • 3 tbsp oil hot
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups noodles or rice cooked

Method
 

  1. Cook dumplings according to instructions.
  2. Place garlic and chili flakes in a bowl.
  3. Pour hot oil over garlic and chili flakes.
  4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and sugar.
  5. Assemble bowl with noodles and dumplings.
  6. Pour sauce over and garnish.
