Ingredients
  

Stir Fry Base
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 3 zucchini spiralized
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional

Equipment

  • Large skillet or wok
  • Tongs
  • Knife and cutting board

Method
 

  1. Slice chicken and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  4. Add garlic to pan and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  5. Add zoodles and cook 2–3 minutes until just tender.
  6. Return chicken to pan and add soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  7. Toss to combine and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcook zoodles to avoid excess moisture.
