Method
- Slice chicken and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- Add garlic to pan and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Add zoodles and cook 2–3 minutes until just tender.
- Return chicken to pan and add soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss to combine and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcook zoodles to avoid excess moisture.
